The Fern Centre has a lot of information available about how to maintain a healthy diet and nutrition during and after cancer treatment. This includes information about healthy eating as well as recipe books for your to take away and try.

Access to Nutrition Information During COVID-19
You can drop in to the Fern Centre and speak to one of our volunteers who can provide written information about nutrition and diet. The drop in facility is now OPEN with restrictions in place to ensure visitor safety. We are also offering a postal service for information to be sent directly to your home. If you would like information to be posted to you please complete the below form and send this to ndht.theferncentre@nhs.net . Alternatively you can call the Fern Centre on 01271 311855 to make an appointment to come in to see us.
