We had a fabulous day at our Scrumptious Croyde Trail raising around £13,000 for our Cancer and Wellbeing Centre Appeal – WOW! THANK YOU!!! At Saunton Court we had a treat of Delicious honey fudge supplied by Quince Honey Farm https://www.quincehoneyfarm.co.uk/
At Long Lane we had fresh bread supplied by Red Dog Artisan Bakery http://reddogbakery.co.uk/ with tasty Plaistow Smoked trout pate from Muddiford (01271 850387) and tasty hummus supplied by Naked Kitchen http://www.nakedkitchen.co.uk/ with a refreshing drink from a selection of Rocks Organics http://www.rocksdrinks.co.uk/ fruity squashes.
At Georgeham’s Rock Inn we tasted their famous delicious soup made from freshly cut spears of asparagus from Braunton Great Field supplied by local farmer David Hartnoll http://therockinn.biz/ and a refreshing drink.
The Kings Arms’ chef in Georgeham made a delicious vegetarian Chilli non Carne and offered a taste of Sandford Orchards refreshing Fanny’s Bramble Cider with blackberries https://www.sandfordorchards.co.uk/http://kingsarmsgeorgeham.co.uk/
At Pickwell Barn we had Boom Curry’s fantastic curry!

Near the end we visited the National Trust’s Sandleigh Tea Room & Gardens we enjoyed Sarah’s tasty scrumptious quiche http://www.sandleighcroyde.com/ and finally the finish at Beach Field Car Park we tasted GT Ales (CAMRA Brewery of the Year 2017/18) popular craft ale http://www.gtales.co.uk/ delicious cakes made by East West Bakery https://eastandwestbakery.co.uk/ and Orchard Farm Shop www.orchardsfarmshop .
