By wearing a Christmas woolly on Friday 9th December you will be supporting your local hospital charity to fund equipment and services that are over and above that provided by the NHS.
How to donate
You can make your donation by text by sending LIFF22 +amount to 70070 (e.g. LIFE22 £2) or send in a cheque made out to “Over and Above” and send to the fundraising team at North Devon District Hospital, Raleigh Park, Barnstaple EX31 4JB. Fundraising tips
Why not go that little but further to raise a bit more from your jumper day;
- Have a competition for the silliest sweater.
- Have a Christmas themed bake sale – everybody loves a bit of cake!
- Hold a Christmas themed sweepstake – How long does it take to eat 3 mince pies? How heavy is the Christmas cake? How many sweets in the tin? Small charge per entry with a prize for the winner.
- Name the… Have obscure/close up pictures of Christmas themed items, or your colleagues baby photos and guess what/who they are!
- Have a Quiz – Battle of the departments/classes/pupils v teachers – everyone loves a festive quiz!
